The Isle of Man introduced the biggest change to its company law in 75 years when its Companies Act was passed last month. Designed to provide a more streamlined process for setting up and running a company, it aims to provide the framework needed to attract more business. The law took just 18 months to develop and implement, demonstrating the pace of change occurring in offshore centres in their bid to stay ahead.
