Opposition to the FSA's proposals to amend stock exchange listing rules for offshore companies has gained momentum, with both the Financial Services Consumer Panel and theAssociation of Investment Companies (AIC) speaking out against the changes. The consultation, which has now closed, proposes to apply the European minimum directive criteria to offshore investment companies.
