Aberdeen Investments has submitted a proposal to investors to combine the abrdn Real Estate, abrdn Real Estate Feeder and abrdn Global Real Estate funds to create a flagship global hybrid real estate strategy with over £700m in assets.
Subject to investor approval, the move is expected to complete in November 2026 and follows a review of Aberdeen's real estate fund range. The combination is expected to simplify the fund offering while utilising assets in a larger, more diversified vehicle.
