Combined business to have £127bn in AUMA

NatWest Group has completed its £2.7bn acquisition of Evelyn Partners, creating what it describes as the UK's largest private banking and wealth management business.

The transaction completed on 30 June, following regulatory approvals, bringing Evelyn Partners' £69bn of assets under management and administration (AUMA) together with NatWest's existing £59bn wealth business. Based on year-end 2025 figures, the combined business would have £127bn of AUMA and £188bn of customer assets and liabilities. The completion follows the announcement in February that NatWest had agreed to acquire Evelyn Partners' wealth management business for £2.7bn.
