Shackleton has acquired London-based financial advice firm Parallel Financial (Parallel) as part of its ongoing nationwide expansion.

Parallel advises on financial planning matters for clients in the creative, media, art, film, TV and technology sectors. Shackleton's addition of Parallel, which has already received approval from the Financial Conduct Authority, adds a further £360m in AUMA and 12 members of staff, including four advisers.
