Simplybiz has launched an academy in a bid to create clearer and more accessible pathways into the financial advice profession.

The academy will include comprehensive talent, training, and development to help advice firms secure sustainable growth by attracting, developing, and retaining new talent. It offers an end-to-end pathway for financial planners, mortgage advisers, paraplanners, and financial services administrators, supporting individuals from initial recruitment through to ongoing professional development.
