High performing advice firms generating 16% more revenue

High performing advice firms generated a median revenue growth of 26.8% compared to 10.2% for other firms, according to Dimensional Fund Advisors.

Speaking at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments Financial Planning Conference 2026, Dimensional Fund Advisors regional director, practice management, Peter Wazniak presented data from the firm's 2026 Global Advisor Study. Highlighting the survey of 4,000 firms worldwide, he discussed how high performing firms differ from other advice firms. In addition to greater revenue growth, the revenue per adviser at high performing firms was far greater at £517,000 compared to £359,000 for other firms.
