Snaps up Dukes IFA adding £43m in AUM

Clifton Wealth Partnership has completed its acquisition of Hertfordshire-based financial planning firm Dukes IFA.

Dukes IFA, headquartered in Bushey, brings approximately 170 client households and £43m in assets under management (AUM) to the partnership. The firm is said to have built a strong local presence, with most of its clients located within a five-mile radius of its office. The business is led by director Adrian Duke-Cohan, who has spent nearly four decades in financial services. Over that time, he has aimed to develop long-standing relationships with clients, with some spanning more than 30 years.
