Shackleton acquires £200m AUM Arundel Wealth Management

Adds to financial planning offering for sports professionals

Shackleton Advisers has acquired Surrey-based financial advice firm Arundel Wealth Management.

The firm said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the South East as part of its ongoing nationwide expansion. Shackleton said the acquisition also adds to its specialist capabilities in advising clients in the professional sports sector, praising Arundel's "noteworthy expertise" in the area. The acquisition of Arundel adds more than £200m in assets under advice/management (AUA/M) to Shackleton and has already received approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.
