As financial advice firms continue to invest heavily in artificial intelligence and digital tools, PA360 panellists stressed that technology alone is not what clients value.

During a panel session last Thursday (23 April), speakers highlighted that while advice firms are racing to adopt new technologies, the fundamental driver of value in financial advice remains unchanged: trust, relationships, and outcomes.
