One Four Nine Group chief operating officer (COO) Stuart Harding has left the firm, Professional Adviser can confirm.

Chartered financial planner and Chartered wealth manager Harding joined One Four Nine Group in September 2022. As COO, he led the strategic and operational direction of the business with a focus on integration and scalability. Harding has been said to have played a key role in the full lifecycle of acquisitions, from early‑stage due diligence through to post‑completion integration.
