Evelyn Partners completes employee benefits arm sale

Evelyn Partners has completed the sale of its employee benefits consultancy business, Evelyn Partners Financial Services Limited (EPFS), to global insurance intermediary group Howden.

In a press release shared by the wealth manager today (1 April), Evelyn Partners said the completion of the sale first announced on 11 November 2025 is a "milestone". Evelyn Partners set out that the sale arose from a strategic decision, which has also seen the firm sell its professional services and fund solutions businesses in transactions that were completed in early 2025, to focus "solely" on wealth management The sold employee benefits arm comprises a team of 38 professionals, led by Gareth Sawyer, who has now joined Howden and will continue to support clients under the new owner...
