Self-invested personal pension (SIPP) provider Gaudi Regulated Services (Gaudi) has been declared in default by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), with some of its investigation findings yet to be shared.

In an update last Friday (20 March), the FSCS confirmed that Gaudi is officially in default after the release of a specific cohort of claimants who held the GRSL EasySIPP. The FSCS said it is open to consumer claims. Last September, it updated that its investigation into Gaudi was nearing completion. A number of business partners used Gaudi white labelled SIPPs, each of which the FSCS has stated it would have to be consider in turn.
