7IM acquires £1bn AUM CPN Group

CPN Financial Services team will join Amicus Wealth Management

7IM has acquired financial planning and discretionary investment firm CPN Group (CPN) and its financial services team will become part of 7IM’s private client business alongside Amicus Wealth.

Chichester-based CPN brings more than 2,800 clients and a team of financial planners who oversee in excess of £750m of assets under advice to 7IM. CPN also manages two OEIC funds with £400m of assets under management through CPN Investment Management (CPN IM).  Following the deal, the CPN Financial Services team will join Amicus Wealth Management (Amicus), which recently relaunched as a new brand merging 7IM's former private client business, the original Amicus Wealth business acquired by 7IM in 2023, and now CPN Financial Services. 7IM said this alignment brings together three "ex...
