Following FCA requirement preventing it from taking on clients

Wealth management firm Logic Investments has entered special administration.

A Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) update posted on 16 January confirmed that Sittingbourne-based Logic Investments' directors concluded the firm is insolvent and applied to the court to be placed into special administration. This comes after Logic Investments agreed to an FCA requirement on 16 December 2025 preventing it from accepting new clients, client money or assets; or moving existing client money or assets without FCA consent.
