FSCS moves forward with claims against failed SIPP provider Gaudi

Claims will be moving to processing teams for assessment

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is moving forward with processing claims against failed self-invested personal pension (SIPP) provider Gaudi Regulated Services (Gaudi).

In a recent update posted by the FSCS, the lifeboat fund confirmed that it has completed investigations relating to a specific cohort of claimants who held the GRSL EasySIPP.  "We are satisfied that certain customers in this cohort have valid claims against the firm," it said.  The claims will shortly be moving to the FSCS' claims processing teams for assessment. The FSCS said that all claims will be considered on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they are eligible for compensation.  It added that for now, its investigation for other SIPPs administered by Gaudi that had ...
