Brooks Macdonald is making changes to its organisational structure, with its co-chief investment officer (CIO) and chief commercial officer (CCO) both exiting the firm.

The wealth manager has announced that it will be bringing together its distribution and investment management functions to create a "single integrated team". As a result of the new organisational structure, Brooks Macdonald is making changes to its senior leadership team. CCO Robin Eggar will step down from his role and leave the company. Meanwhile, co-CIO Richard Larner has decided to retire. Brooks Macdonald set out that Larner and co-CIO Michael Toolan will stay in role while it searches for a replacement.
