Consolidator Verso Group has acquired Midlands-based Chartered financial planning firm Everlong Wealth Limited (Everlong).

Everlong provides wealth management and financial advisory services to businesses and individuals throughout the Midlands. The firm has a team of 12, including six Chartered financial planners, advising on more than £350m of client assets. Everlong's addition adds scale to Verso's adviser network and strengthens its presence across the East Midlands. Everlong managing director Paul Hamilton and his team will join Verso and work alongside the executive team to drive regional growth, while chair Richard Garside and director Jakki Grogan will leave the business.
