Titan Wealth builds Welsh presence with Thomas Carroll IFA acquisition

Titan Wealth has agreed a deal to acquire Thomas Carroll Independent Financial Advisers (Thomas Carroll IFA), expanding its footprint in Wales.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval. Thomas Carroll IFA, based in Caerphilly and founded in 1987, oversees more than £160m in assets under advice and serves about 450 clients. The firm sits within the wider Thomas Carroll Group, an insurance broker that shifted to employee ownership last year. The advice business operates with a team of three financial advisers and five support staff. Titan said the acquisition will see the team join its Cardiff hub, Nugenis – part of Independent Wealth Partners – once both deals complete. Titan said the buy would add scale to it...
