Verso transfers investment management arm custody to Third Financial

Extends partnership with Nucleus in a five-year deal

Verso Investment Management (Verso) has extended its partnership with Nucleus and will be transferring the custodial operations of its investment management arm to Third Financial.

Through this deal, it is expected that more than £250m in assets under management will be transferred over the next few months. The initial five-year deal grows the Nucleus group's existing relationship with Verso, following the announcement that it would be powering Verso's platform earlier this year. Speaking to PA at the time, Verso ruled out incentivising advisers to migrate assets to its newly launched platform, developed in partnership with Nucleus.
