SJP firm Twelve Wealth Management acquires fellow partner practice

Managing director Matt Smith joins the firm

St James’s Place (SJP) partner firm Twelve Wealth Management (TWM) has acquired fellow SJP partner practice Smith Hobbs Wealth Management.

As part of the deal, Smith Hobbs Wealth Management managing director Matt Smith will be joining the firm. Smith is a Chartered Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. He was previously a private banking and advice manager at Lloyds Bank. "His client-first approach and professional expertise align perfectly with TWM's ethos of building long-term, trusted relationships," TWM set out.
