Fairstone acquires Norfolk-based IFA adding £120m in client assets

Allen Tomas & Co currently advises more than 260 clients

Fairstone has acquired Norfolk-based advisory firm Allen Tomas & Co, adding £120m in assets and 260 clients to its books.

Allen Tomas & Co is based in Dersingham near King's Lynn and is led by independent financial planners Ben Allen and Michael Crisp.  The firm was established in 2014 and provides a range of investment, retirement planning and wealth management services to individuals and businesses.  It first partnered with Fairstone in July 2023 when it joined the consolidator's downstream buy out (DBO) programme.
