The financial consultancy's latest recent State of the Advice Nation report showed younger financial advisers see education as a key pathway for getting new blood into the industry. This comes amidst growing concerns around recruitment and staffing issues for business owners, with 15% saying it is an issue that is keeping them awake at night.
