There are growing concerns from advice business owners about recruitment and staffing issues, The Lang Cat as found.

The financial consultancy's latest recent State of the Advice Nation report showed younger financial advisers see education as a key pathway for getting new blood into the industry. This comes amidst growing concerns around recruitment and staffing issues for business owners, with 15% saying it is an issue that is keeping them awake at night.
