Consumer Duty Alliance launches data forum to help with FCA expectations

Independent professional body, the Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA), has launched a data forum aiming to explore what a “data-led regulator” requires from advice firms.

The forum will look to support advice firms to address key challenges across data identification, access, monitoring and reporting, the CDA outlined in a press released shared today (26 June). The Consumer Duty Data Forum will be chaired by Model Office CEO Chris Davies and is formed of CDA members with an interest in fintech and gaining insight into the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) data requirements.
