Financial advisers should be “the driving force behind innovation in wealth management, not tech providers”, according to Morningstar Wealth EMEA managing director Mark Sanderson.
Speaking exclusively with Professional Adviser, Sanderson called for a rebalancing of power across the industry to ensure that technology serves the adviser, not the other way around.
