Timeline has today (15 May) launched its first multi-asset fund, aiming to deepen its foothold in the financial advice market by combining low-cost access with its wider digital ecosystem.

The fund, which is subject to approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), is intended to complement Timeline's existing platform and model portfolios, giving advisers a streamlined investment solution to offer clients. Timeline said the move was a "logical next step" given the rising popularity of multi-asset strategies among advisers, citing NextWealth research indicating they are the most used and fastest-growing investment routes for new client money.
