Just 8% of CEOs in FTSE 100 companies are women and “it is just not good enough”, according to Andrea Montague.

Speaking at the Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association (PIMFA) Women's Symposium 2025 today (23 April), the CEO of Brooks Macdonald said leadership positions in financial services are achievable for women as well as men. She added that confidence in yourself and building a strong team around you were keys to success in the C-suite.
