Financial advisers expect their high-net-worth (HNW) clients to require some degree of personalisation, according to research by MSCI.

Its report based on a survey of 220 wealth-industry professionals, including investment teams, portfolio managers and financial advisers, revealed that 60% expect their HNW clients will require some degree of personalisation – either now or in the near future. MSCI noted that in the past, personalisation in wealth management was a primarily niche offering, typically reserved for a select group of HNW clients.
