Consumer Duty Alliance launches tool to help advisers 'stay ahead of FCA'

Following calls from members looking to further evidence assessment

The Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA) has launched a diagnostic tool to help firms stay ahead of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on Consumer Duty in 2025.

Launched in collaboration with Consumer Duty Diagnostic, it comes due to the increased FCA focus on key aspects of the regulation expected during the first quarter of 2025. The tool offers diagnostic questions across all areas of Consumer Duty and other key factors such as culture and client advocacy.
