True Potential welcomes Tesco Bank boss as CEO

Gerry Mallon was CEO of Tesco Bank for over six years

True Potential has hired Tesco Bank CEO Gerry Mallon as its CEO.

Mallon will join office in early 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. In the interim, chief investment officer Jeff Casson will undertake the role of interim CEO. Mallon was CEO of Tesco Bank for over six years and was a member of the Tesco PLC Executive Committee. He was previously CEO of Ulster Bank Ireland and before that CEO of Danske Bank UK. He has also held leadership and advisory positions at McKinsey & Co., Bank of Ireland, and the UK Civil Service.
