Employee-owned planning firm Paradigm Norton names Philippa Hann as CEO.

Employee-owned financial planning firm Paradigm Norton has named Philippa Hann as CEO, effective from April 2025 and subject to regulatory approval. She is set to replace current CEO Barry Horner. Hann most recently served as the head of litigation at Clarke Willmott solicitors, where she led a team of more than 120 professionals. Horner will remain as chair of the main board and will work part-time, focusing on attracting new clients to the business.
