London Court enters liquidation following FCA scrutiny

FSCS anticipates ‘complex’ claims investigation

London Court has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation following the imposition of regulatory restrictions around a year ago.

Quantuma Advisory's Rehan Ahmed and Tauseef Rashid have been appointed as joint liquidators of the Kensington-based ISA manager and investment adviser. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has opened to London Court customer claims. However, it noted that its team is set to investigate whether claims meet the "qualifying conditions" for compensation.
