Newcastle Financial Advisers is taking on more than 300 new clients on the back of its acquisition of Hexham-based advice firm, Keith Dyson Financial Consultancy.

The acquirer is the advice subsidiary of the Newcastle Building Society, while the acquired is the firm of former Newcastle United professional footballer Keith Dyson. "I was particularly impressed by the scale and ambition of Newcastle Financial Advisers, as well as its commitment to and focus on building long-term relationships with clients, and knowledge and understanding of the products in the market," Dyson said.
