Improve processes to make firms ‘sustainable, scalable and sellable’

Advisers must be their “own superheroes” and make brave business decisions to ensure their firms thrive in an ever-changing industry, delegates heard.

Speaking on the second day of the Professional Adviser Management Retreat today (16 May) Jigsaw Tree managing director Chris Baigent-Reed said advisory businesses must analyse their processes and technology to make sure they work in the most efficient way. She said successful advice businesses needed to be "sustainable, scalable and ultimately sellable".
