Zoe King replaces MD Paul Sweaton who has become executive chair

Vision Independent Financial Planning (IFP) has promoted managing director Zoe King to the role of chief executive (CEO).

King has taken over from former CEO Paul Sweaton, who has moved to the role of executive chair. She joined the nationwide adviser network in 2010 and has held several roles within the business including chief operating officer. Sweaton co-founded Vision IFP in October 2008. During his tenure as CEO, Vision IFP assets have grown to more than £4bn of funds under advice, with clients from across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
