Advised women experience significant value compared to the unadvised

Trust is key when looking for the support of a financial planner, the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) has found.

This is according to research conducted in 2023 which found that 60% of respondents labelled valuing someone they can trust as the most important factor when seeking a financial planner. It also found that advised women experience and perceive a significant value in financial planning (71% vs 74% men) compared to the unadvised. This research by the CISI comes ahead of Financial Planning Week 2024 which will take place from 22-28 January, which will focus on busting myths around financial planning and encouraging conversation around finances.
