True Potential names chair and makes further board changes

True Potential has named Andrew Sibbald as its new chair of the board and has appointed two non-executive directors.

Sibbald's appointment comes after True Potential founder and former chair David Harrison made the decision to step down and become a strategic adviser to the board. He has been deputy chair at the firm since April 2023 and has over 35 years' experience working in financial services. True Potential has also appointed Karina McTeague and Stephanie Bruce as independent non-executive directors to further strengthen the firm's governance.
