FFEM was initially launched as a LinkedIn page in October of last year - a project aiming to enable women in the financial planning space to feel supported and part of a community. Now, 12 months on, she is continuing the focus on education and mentoring for female financial planners with the relaunch of FFEM, which includes a new website. Betts says the original LinkedIn set up was "too clunky" and the private groups were difficult to manage, so felt it necessary to streamline more of the marketing for the events as well as make it easier to join mailing lists.
