Openwork to smooth recruitment with new partnership model

A total of 35 new roles throughout the UK will open at the network

The Openwork Partnership will place 26 new ‘partnership development managers’ in seven regions across the UK in an overhaul of its relationship management practices.

A new partnership development model has been launched today (3 April) and is designed to better support partners and improve the onboarding experience for those joining the network. This will see a total of 35 new roles at Openwork, including the 26 partnership development managers (PDM). Openwork said: "They will provide an increased level of face-to-face interaction which will better facilitate collaboration with partners.
