Perspective acquires East Sussex-based advice firm

Deal is the 11th acquisition of the year for the national advice firm

Perspective Financial Group has completed its 11th purchase this year with the acquisition of Informed Financial Advice in St Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex.

Perspective has made one acquisition almost every month this year, adding six new offices, nearly 2,500 households as clients and £700 million in assets under management (AUM), according to chief executive Ian Wilkinson. Informed Financial Advice was founded in 2006 and has 480 households as clients and £100 million assets under management. This acquisition gives Perspective a further local office on the South Coast close to existing ones in Eastbourne, Canterbury and Maidstone.
