Evelyn Partners is launching a new financial education programme for boxing professionals in partnership with 258 MGT – the management company set up by boxing world champion Anthony Joshua.

The wealth manager - created from the merger of Tilney and Smith &Williamson in 2020 - has experience in offering financial advice and planning to sportspeople. The firm has delivered financial education programmes in football and rugby, and now plans to do the same with boxing, it said. The decision to roll out a financial programme to the boxing community at large followed the positive reception to an inaugural presentation of Evelyn's financial planning initiative tailored to boxers' needs at 258 MGT.
