Advanta Solutions adds £150m AUM with fourth acquisition of 2022

London-based advice firm acquired for undisclosed sum

Advanta Solutions has purchased London-based Genesis Financial Planning for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition, Advanta's fourth in 2022, adds a further £150m assets under management (AUM). Established in 2008, Genesis Financial Planning is based in Fulham and has been directly regulated since 2013. Genesis owner and director Adam Horn said: "Having built up a base of great clients over the past 30 years it was important for me to find the right company to merge with.
