Lumin Wealth bolsters Adviser Academy with new 2022/23 intake

Four trainee advisers have joined the firm’s latest programme

Four trainee advisers will join Lumin Wealth this month, representing the newest cohort intake for its Adviser Academy.

Lumin's 2022/23 programme is the second for its Adviser Academy following its initial intake in September last year. The programme is aimed at graduates looking to pursue a career as an adviser and provides fully-funded training supervised by Lumin's financial planning manager Joe Fisher and its learning and development manager Rebecca Lawrie. Trainee advisers in the programme shadow advisers in day-to-day work, including attending client meetings, and will also work alongside younger qualified advisers in various training sessions.
