Vanguard reveals advisory changes to Vanguard UK active equity fund

Vanguard has revealed an upcoming change to the investment advisory arrangements of Vanguard UK Active Equity Fund.

An additional investment adviser will join the fund: Schroders Investment Management North America. Set up in 1999, Schroder Investment Management North America operates as an investment firm, serving customers worldwide. The company invests in fixed income, multi-asset alternatives, real estate, and equities.  According to Vanguard, the firm will manage the portion of the fund currently advised by London-based independent investment management company Marathon Asset Management, which subject to this transition, will no longer serve as an adviser to the fund.
