Paraplanners' confidence on the rise - Embark data

'We can add more vaue'

The paraplanning profession is in an exceptionally positive mood with 82% saying they are confident about their career prospects, according to research from Embark.

Conducted in association with Research in Finance, the survey found that paraplanners felt appreciated by their firms, confident about the future of the advice market, and positive about paraplanning as a career.   Despite the confidence with which paraplanners view their future, many said they were capable of adding more value to their firms than they are currently able to, the research also showed.   The survey was conducted by Research in Finance in May 2022 to provide insight into paraplanners' working lives, and to identify the opportunities and constraints for paraplanners in th...
