Charles Stanley, recently acquired by Raymond James, has appointed Adam Benzimra as national sales manager, as it seeks to grow its presence in the UK advice market.

Formerly a business development manager at Brooks Macdonald, Benzimra (pictured) has more than 20 years' experience in the industry working within distribution roles at companies such as, Standard Bank, Ashburton and Morningstar. At Charles Stanley, he will be responsible for the development and management of the intermediary sales team working closely with the head of strategic accounts and group head of sales to develop and implement a national IFA marketing and support strategy to cover the UK, the firm said.
