Perspective signs four deals to hit 50th acquisition

Perspective Financial has made four acquisitions bringing the national financial planning firm's total to 50 with total assets under management standing at £4.2bn.

The latest deals have been struck with Rickmansworth-based Searchlight Investments, Hertford-based Stafford Wealth Management, Oxford-based TCS Life and Pensions/The MGroup Financial Services and Maidstone-based IFA Andrew Whitehouse. Last month, the group acquired Alcester-based Beanland Financial Services, following its eight acquisitions of IFA firms last year. In early 2021, it acquired a firm in Corby and one in Darlington, followed by four IFA firms based in Warrington, Sevenoaks, Burford and Bury, in July.
