Schroders Personal Wealth revamps marketing team with senior hires

Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) has made three senior hires in its marketing team who are tasked with growing its position in the financial advice market.

Sean Ingram has been appointed chief marketing officer, Ed Colyer joins as head of product and propositions and Dougy Watt will be head of client insights and client experience. SPW said Ingram would be responsible for leading the digital marketing, communications and product and propositions strategy for the firm. Prior to joining SPW Ingram managed his own consultancy firm where he led a team of consultants working with clients such as JPMorgan, Visa Europe, Coutts and most recently Openwork where he worked as its marketing strategy director focusing on revenue generation.
