IWP's Welsh hub Maven Wealth Management hires head of financial planning

IWP acquired 22 firms in two years

Gareth Tregidon has joined Maven Wealth Management, the Welsh hub of consolidator IWP, as head of financial planning.

Tregidon, who joins from Stafford House Investments, has been working in the advice profession for 30 years. He was branch chairman of the Institute of Financial Planning in South Wales from 2006 to 2011 before it merged with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). He has also been an assessor and examiner for the latter since 2008. IWP has been on an acquisition march over the past few years, buying 22 firms in the last two.
