Just call us 'Pru': Prudential rebrand slims down name

Prudential is set to change its name to just Pru in a rebrand which also ditches the well-known company logo.

Prudential said it would alter its logo and colours as well as update its website and literature over the coming months. Changes will start to roll out from mid-May. Prudential said its legal name will still remain the same and it will still refer to itself as Prudential.  The company said it was making the changes because it has been "working hard to bring the M&G plc family of brands together", while still keeping each brand's individuality since Prudential UK and Europe became part of M&G.
